Includes Kitchener-Waterloo Record shots of a ceremonial procession of university administrators such as Dana Porter, Ira Needles, Ted Batke and Doris Lewis walking from Modern Languages to the Dana Porter Library and a group shot of J.E. Brown, Doris Lewis, Bertha Bassam, James Allan and R.H. Blackburn standing together and conversing with a view of Waterloo's mace include. The copy negatives are of a photograph of additional levels being added to Dana Porter Library existing three levels still with tarps over one half of the structure.
