File consist of one 50 years a resident Hamilton centennial ribbon.

Collection consists of two plaques. One of is oval shaped with text that reads "Whaler Sailing 2nd Town of Dartmouth incorporated 1873 Bicentenary". The back of the plaque has an inscription stating it was made by the Atlantic Pattern Works. The second is a rectangular plaque with a metal etched portrait of a man in a suit and tie. On the back is a clipping that depicts the same image as on the front of with the name "Fred A. Hodgson" underneath.

Sixteen buttons collected by Jim Keron while he was an undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo. Four buttons appear to be directly connected to Keron’s activities at the university and include a name badge possibly from orientation activities, a Sandbox Committee name badge, a homecoming promotion, and a button for the RSM (Radical Student Movement). The remaining twelve buttons feature political statements, especially connected to the Vietnam War, or advertisements.

Four large buttons featuring the "cookie jar" logo, used by Dare Foods Limited in the 1970's and 1980's. Also includes seven buttons featuring a logo similar to the cartouche logo used by Dare Foods Limited in the 1990's. However, the logo featured on these buttons noticeably includes a distinct gold or yellow outline and bears some resemblance to the current shield logo that was introduced by Dare Foods Limited in 2004.

A small compass that belonged to Cameron Hill during the Second World War.

The majority of the archives of the Concordia Club were destroyed either as a result of the ransacking of the club by the 118th Batallion in 1916, or as a result of the fire of November 17, 1971. As a result the earliest records of Concordia have largely been lost forever. A very small number of items can be traced back to the Concordia Male Choir (1873-1914). These take the form of two items of correspondence, programs for the "Sängerfests", clippings, and photographs. A small number of archival records also can be found which belonged to the "Deutscher Club, Kitchener" (1925-1930), and include a set of house rules, letters patent, and photographs. Some records from the 1930s have also been preserved to this day, and include artifacts, clippings, legal documents, a membership list, photographs, and programs of events. However, the majority of the materials date from the 1950s onwards. These materials document the history of the Concordia Club since the 1950s, and include artifacts, audiovisual material, clippings, correspondence, ephemera, financial records, legal documents, membership records, minutes of meetings, photographs, publications, and scrapbooks.

An enamel pin created by the Optical Society (now Optica) to commemorate Donna Strickland’s Nobel Prize in Physics. The pin features an image of Strickland using a piece of equipment, possibly a chirped pulse laser apparatus.

Millinery design portfolio in brown paper created by Doris Schnelder with handwritten annotations regarding felt shapes, felt finishes, millinery principles, ribbons, wires, straws, straw fibres, straw hat seams, and places of origin of straws; magazine clippings with different styles of hats and headcovers; and mounted fabric samples showing millinery materials, types of braids and bows, and sample stitches. Portfolio was probably made as a result of a sewing course taken by Doris Schnelder, possibly in a junior college or high school.

Economical Mutual Insurance Company silver tray presented to Norman C. Schneider in appreciation of his service on the Board of Directors from January 27, 1961 to March 16, 1973.
