Scope and content
A red scarf associated with the Canadian Student Alumni Association Network (CSAAN) second annual conference hosted by the University of Waterloo Student Alumni Association from January 31 to February 2, 1992. The scarf was likely distributed to conference organizers or attendees as a commemorative item. The scarf features a circular patch displaying a maple tree, likely the CSAAN logo, surrounded by the text “CSAAN Conference ’92, January 31 to February 2, University of Waterloo” and the slogan “Growth Throughout Canada.”
The conference brought together approximately 50 university and college delegates from across Canada for a weekend of workshops and seminars focused on Student Alumni Association events and issues as well as teamwork and leadership development.
