General note
Photo caption from published version of 46-269_001: "PREPARE FOR SPRING - The current mild spell has brought about the usual spring urge to get out into the garden. While most amateur gardeners are only dreaming about gardens, George Coulter, Waterloo park superintendent, above, has hundreds of young plants which soon will be ready to transfer to park grounds. Included in the hothouse are hundreds of geraniums which will be used to decorate the beds."
