Series consists of originals and photocopies, mostly "dept. files," detailing various operations in the Waterloo plant relating primarily to the production of alcohol. Includes applications, correspondence, declarations, ephemera, legal instruments, licenses, newsletters, permits, and photographs which document commercial feed stuffs registration from 1928-1953, distilling licenses, information about exports from the plant between 1887 to 1959, imports for re-distillation 1897-1942, label approval and registration doumentation from 1927-1941, also product evidence files all dating from ca. 1960, possibly used in a legal case, documenting the brands produced and exported in the early years of the twentierth century, accompanied by declarations by former employees.

The majority of these films have been transferred to videocassette and DVD, which are also found in the GRCA fonds. These films depict scenes along the Lower, Mid and Upper Grand; dam construction outside Guelph, Ontario; GRCA conservation areas; and also contain footage of Grand River flooding.

The Cobbler, published by the Greb Shoes Employees' Association, was begun in 1952. It was replaced with the Greb Newshound in 1962, and was published until [ca. 1971?]. In 1978, a new company newsletter, Greb Footnotes, was launched. Series may not include a complete run of any one publication, and some issues may be missing.

Series consists of records relating to the administration and the potential sale of A & C Boehmer Limited (Kitchener, ON), accumulated and used by Carl A. Pollock and John A. Pollock in their roles as company directors. The company operated as the Boehmer Box Co., a family-run paper box manufacturing company established in 1874 in Kitchener. Carl Pollock was a director, secretary-treasurer, and vice-president of the company.

In 1974, the directors authorized Floyd Boehmer (president), Carl Pollock, and John Pollock to attempt the sale of the company, but it is unclear whether the company was actually sold at that time. Series includes financial statements, correspondence, memoranda, reports, agreements, ms. notes, and other material.
