Also in this image is a photographer with camera and tripod, preparing to take a picture. This postcard was sent to Floss Ahrens in Kansas City by E. Maude Garner and is stamped and postmarked Kitchener, Oct. 16, 1916.

One 16 mm film, a copy of negative nitrate film taken in 1916 in Kitchener, Ontario of the 118th Batallion and of the downtown area. The film was owned by Bill Musclow, given to the Record and converted to 16 mm positive prints in 1975. The original film was apparently donated to the Archives of Ontario in 1975.
