This report relates to a seminar on Government-Voluntary Relations sponsored by the Canadian Association for Adult Education in May 1967. A report of this seminar was originally prepared at the request of the Canadian Council on Rural Development for circulation to the executive. Clare Clark writes an additional report which aims to enlarge on the ideas discussed at this seminar and to give her own interpretation of how these ideas are relevant to the IEA. It also includes correspondence conducted between IEA. President, Martin P. O'Connell, and Clare Clark in March 1968 which relates to Clare's report which, according to Mr. Martin P. O'Connell, will be the subject of discussion at the next executive meeting
