File consists of architectural drawings of the proposed municipal building for the city of Kitchener. Plans are unsigned but are probably by W.H.E. Schmalz.   • Front row from left to right is reeve David Gross Jr. (George “David" Gross), third deputy reeve Henry Anthony Dietrich, Mayor Charles Casper Hahn who served from 1909 to 1910, second deputy reeve John F. McKay, and first deputy reeve Nicholas Asmussen.

Among the subjects are three individuals who would later serve as mayor of Berlin or Kitchener following its 1916 name change: William Daum Euler (1914-1917), David Gross Jr. (1917-1919), and Nicholas Asmussen (1925 -1926). William Daum Euler was also elected to the House of Commons of Canada (1917) and Nicholas Asmussen to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario (1919-1926). Both represented Waterloo North, Ontario in their Federal political office.

Letter from Jacob Anthes to his parents, Martin and Catharine. Anthes shares that the family is in good health and that he his back to preaching and visiting people. He makes note of the "self-destructive" efforts of a Baptist preacher and comments about the number of preachers that have passed through Port Elgin. He shares that the quarter-year assembly was a success making note of the contributions of Brother Umbach and Brother Büsh, and warns his parents that he won't be able to visit over the summer due to plans to spend several weeks preaching in the north part of Mission. The remainder of the letter consists of questions about the wheat crop and Jacob, along with additional updates about his work and that of Brother Eby. He concludes with well wishes to family and friends, and shares that Martha Magdalena "is really growing, is chubby and cheerful and has now started to slide about"

A certificate issued by Stéphane Dion, then Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada, to the Returning Officer for the electoral district of Kitchener-Waterloo confirming that Andrew Telegdi had the endorsement of the Liberal Party of Canada. This certificate was signed by Stéphane Dion in Ottawa, Ontario and was likely issued after Telegdi was nominated as the candidate to represent the Library Party in the riding of Kitchener-Waterloo in the 2008 Canadian federal election.

This event was held to nominate a candidate to represent the Liberal Party in the riding of Kitchener-Waterloo in the 2000 Canadian federal election. The speaker and special guest of the event was Shelia Copps, Member of Parliament representing Hamilton East and Minister of Canadian Heritage.
