Accrual consists of photographs, contact sheets and slides of the Dana Porter Library. Included are interior views of spaces and furnishings along with exterior and aerial views of the building with three levels. Also in the file are photos of books being moved between buildings, including one of books being moved into the Davis Centre library.

Many of the photograph are mounted on black board, several with typed sticker annotations indicating they may have been used as part of an exhibit or display about the Dana Porter Library.
