A printed booklet of the Kitchener and Waterloo Collegiate Institute commencement programme, December 21, 1920. It includes a list of diploma recipients for various courses of study; among the recipients are Dorothy Etta Russell (nee White) whose name appears under the Normal Entrance Diploma. The booklet also lists officers of the high school board of the City of Kitchener and the Town of Waterloo, and teaching staff at the Kitchener and Waterloo Collegiate Institute.

The diploma is signed by John Shanz, Chairman of the [Waterloo County School] Board and D. Forsyth, Principal of the Kitchener and Waterloo Collegiate Institute. It includes a wax seal with the gold and black ribbons of the Institute.
