Lougee on October 9, 1923 and traced by W.G. Harlow. The map shows 3D renderings of the buildings on the property along with descriptions of each building.

John Roat's Commercial Hotel After Fire, Site of the Walper Hotel, ca. 1892.

Copy negatives from an old photograph ang Page 255 of W. V. Uttley's book "A history of Kitchener, Ontario" (1975). Taken by Sebastian Fischer, the photo is of John Roat's Commercial Hotel, at the corner of Queen and King, following a fire. One of the negatives includes a photograph of the first ambulance with nurses. Also included in the file are typed captions about the hotel and the ambulance that read:

Book, Chapter 8 : A decade of change : origins of the Nishga and Tsimshian land protests in the 1880s.

A typescript draft book chapter (twenty-five leaves) about the Nisga'a (formerly spelled Nishga) and Tsimshian written by E Palmer Patterson. Also includes an offprint (photocopy) of the published version of the book chapter which appeared in the Journal of Canadian Studies 18, no. 3 (Fall 1983), p. 40-54. The typescript draft book chapter was originally housed in a package titled, Tongass Tlingit: Tongass at Ft. Simpson. The term Tongass is an anglicized variant name for the Taantʼa Ḵwáan. Fort Simpson, BC is now known as Lax-Kwʼalaams, BC.

There are also shoes displayed in front of the group. The three men in the centre of the front row are identified as Henry Ahrens, Mr. Bornhold, and Charles Ahrens. The boy on the end is identified as Fred Ahrens.

One image of the Cherry Valley School, built ca. 1863. The picture is a copy of one that was taken ca. 1908 and the caption on the verso reads: "School was built in 1863. Lot 5, Concession 9. Township of Townsend County of Norfolk Ont. Picture taken 1908." The image is not pictured in the books, but it is listed and described in the revised edition.
