Photo caption that accompanied both photos: "HOSPITAL NEARS COMPLETION - Work on the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital (top) [53-4708_013], on the outskirts of Galt, is in the final stages. It is being built by the joint co-operation of Galt, Preston, Hespeler and North Dumfries Township. Walter Abs (bottom) [53-4708_014], administrator, looks out of a spacious room window to the Grand River and the wing which overlooks the river. Patient sun porches are visible."
