File also includes a program and ribbon from the 1920 Dominion Rubber Systems annual picnic, and the August 1, 1920, issue of the Keystone (newsletter for employees of Dominion Rubber System in Kitchener, Elmira, and Port Dalhousie).
It is not clear who accumulated the material in the file or for what purpose.
