Building at Corner of King and Water St., ca. 1900.

Photographs of a commercial building at the corner of King and Water taken decades apart. The first, from the 1900s, is a copy of a photo of the building when occuped The Berlin Granite & Marble Works. The second, taken in 1947, should the building occupied by TNT. Surplus Ltd.

Of special interest is a letter by Ulrich to Gisela that describes his experience attending Barker Fairley’s birthday celebration at University College in Toronto, Ontario on May 21, 1986. Records include letters, greeting cards, postcards, funeral invitations, and photographs of family members.

File consists of photographs and negatives of Electrohome plants and product testing facilities. Includes photographs of the Morristown, TN, plant; the Electrohome (U.S.A.) Inc. branch in Ontario, CA; an aerial photograph of Plant 10 (Cambridge, ON); and photographs of employees testing television and video monitors. One photograph has been mounted on board and retouched.

Also contains correspondence including a signed letter from Robert Stanley Welch, then Attorney General of Ontario and Deputy Premier, to Telegdi offering his congratulations on a successful Law Day in the Kitchener-Waterloo area in 1985.
