File consists of one fire insurance plan from the Plan Department of Associated Mutual Insurance Company, Boston, showing Dominion Tire and Rubber Machinery Shops. Map was surveyed and drawn by F.A. Lougee on October 9, 1923 and traced by W.G. Harlow. The map shows 3D renderings of the buildings on the property along with descriptions of each building.

The Bechler family fonds contains records created and accumulated by the Bechler family documenting life in Berlin (later Kitchener). Records include textual records and graphic material, predominantly photographs from an album. Records also contain confirmation certificates, marriage certificate, press clippings, and cards.

File consists of architectural drawings for the proposed Kitchener city hall, probably by W.H.E. Schmalz. The plans are dated Aug.4, 1921. Sheet one shows two elevations and one cross section. Sheet two shows six floor plans. The plans are unsigned, but thought to be by W.H.E. Schmalz based on similarity to other signed plans. A small beehive drawing is present where an architect's signature would usually be found.
