One informal posed group portrait of over one hundred unidentified male and female members of the Union Evangelistic Campaign Choir standing behind a stage with a lectern draped in the Union Jack and a banner with a Biblical passage. The Union Evangelistic Campaign took place at the "Rink,"in Kitchener, Ontario during four weeks in May 1918.

A printed booklet of the Kitchener and Waterloo Collegiate Institute commencement programme, December 21, 1920. It includes a list of diploma recipients for various courses of study; among the recipients are Dorothy Etta Russell (nee White) whose name appears under the Normal Entrance Diploma. The booklet also lists officers of the high school board of the City of Kitchener and the Town of Waterloo, and teaching staff at the Kitchener and Waterloo Collegiate Institute.

A graduation diploma awarded by the Kitchener and Waterloo Collegiate Institute, Kitchener, Ontario to Dorothy Etta Russell (nee White) on December 21, 1920 upon completion of the course prescribed for normal school entrance. The diploma is signed by John Shanz, Chairman of the [Waterloo County School] Board and D. Forsyth, Principal of the Kitchener and Waterloo Collegiate Institute. It includes a wax seal with the gold and black ribbons of the Institute.

  • Nine certificates issued to Etta Lydia Mary White (nee Schantz) and signed by her teacher, G.A. McIntyre attesting that she received no discredit marks for the period January-November 1879 while attending the Conestoga Public School. The certificates have printed images of birds on recto.
  • Cards were found in the original envelope addressed by hand to Miss Etta Schantz, West Montrose, Ontario.

The certificate is signed by Thomas Pearce, Public School Inspector and George A. McIntyre, teacher.

A photograph album detailing Abraham Nash Moyer's trip from his home in Kansas across America to visit family in Ontario, Canada. The album consists of approximately 110 photographs mounted on pages with typed captions and a travel story. The cover reads "With Kodak-from Kansas to Canada." Abraham's daughter Metta created the album, along with eight others, that were sent to friends and family. Photographs feature locations such as Iowa, Kansas, Illinois and Ontario and include Moyer, Schantz, Albright, Houser and Fry family members.

Snapshots of Arthur Schantz's life in Alberta. The images range in date from ca. 1900 to ca. 1920 and show Arthur and Austin Schantz as well as Jean Beddome (Braithwaite). Included are images of Arthur's summer job as a fire warden and a trip by wagon to Lake Minnewanka in Banff National Park. Also of interest are images of a group of youths who came to visit Arthur while he was a warden. Of particular interest is the dress of the women who are wearing jeans. Most of the images are unidentified.
