File consists of material accumulated by Dixon in his role in the Industrial Relations department at the Merchants Rubber factory in Kitchener and as the chairman of the Grand River Valley (later Kitchener) division of the Industrial Accident Prevention Association. Material relates to workplace safety, industrial management, labour relations, and the functions of Industrial Relations, both generally and at the Merchants factory.
