Biographical history

The Faculty Association of the University of Waterloo (FAUW) was founded in 1957 to "represent the interests of faculty members in a wide range of areas that affect them at the University." Work of FAUW has included negotiating a Memorandum of Agreement with the University, advising faculty members, and co-sponsoring the annual Hagey Lectures.

Biographical history

Anupam "Anu" Banerji was a professor of architecture and artist. Banerji was born in Kolkata, India to Asutosh and Paun Bala Banerji. He spent 10 years studying, teaching and exhibiting art in the United States before joining the School of Architecture at the University of Waterloo in 1970, where he spent the remainder of his career. He was named full professor in 1988. In addition to teaching in the School of Architecture, Banerji taught in the School of planning and courses in environmental design. In 1981 he designed the addition to the Graduate House. Banerji died on August 23, 2015.

Administrative records related to The Forum including an email about the frequency of the publication, receipts for reproduction work related to the publication and portrait sketches by Anu Banerji of various individuals including George Atkinson, Michael Bird and John Wilson. Original and copy versions of the sketches are included in file.
