Photo caption from published version of 93-08-19_001: "Say cheese, eat cheese: That's the general idea behind the Value Plus Card being offered by [food] services. Your picture on the card means it's yours and can't be used by anyone else; your money on the card is available to buy eats an [text cut off] 5 per cent discount) at any food services outlet. Jason Read of the department's staff was taking the photos last week beside Pastry Plus [text cut off] Hall. And isn't that a ringer getting his picture taken? Yes, it's Carl Lepp, also of food services, showing how to smile for the camera."
