File consists of material relating to the formation and operation of the Valentine and Martin Employees Association. Includes the constitution and by-laws, the mutual benefit policy and employment agreement, memoranda from management to the employees, and minutes of the provisional and advisory committees of the association from May, 1941 to August, 1943. The Valentine and Martin Employeees Association was merged with the Greb Shoes Employees Association when it was formed in 1952.
