Newsletter copies of issues of mailable-size magazine, reporting the activities of the TICOT organization, a branch of the International Monarch Society, begun in San Francisco by U.S. drag-queens. (The Gay Community). Articles and drawings signed ‘Carol’ or ‘C.D.’ are by ‘Carol Desmond’, John Herbert’s drag-queen nom de plume. Enclosed: 8 issues, 1998 and 1999.”
