Scheifley, Secretary, JMS Limited on Norm's resignation at year end dated June 12/72; letter accepting resignation and appointing Norm as Honorary Life Directory from Fred P. Schneider, Chairman of the Board, June 30/72; Motions for Director's Minutes of Meeting held June 28/72 accepting Norm's resignation, appointing him an Honorary Life Director whose attendance at meetings will be by invitation.
