Scope and content
File consists of German notices and certificates received by Keffer. Three are notices and certificates from the Reichsluftschutzbund (National Air Protection League) and contain that organization's official stamp. One agreement or certificate is possibly from or related to the Reichsluftschutzbund or the police forces. The final leaflet probably contains instructions for citizens in the case of an air raid or instructions for blackout exercises.
