Name of creator
Margareta Riehl (1807-1885) was born in Muehlhausen Germany. She immigrated to Canada and married Jacob Hailer (1804-1882) with whom she had six children, including Catharine Hailer (1834-1910), who would marry Philip Ludwig Breithaupt.
Scope and content
Fonds consists of one birth-and-baptismal certificate (Geburts-und-Taufschein) for Margareta Riehl. The certificate is written in German and is a fraktur text featuring examples of decorative calligraphy and artwork.
