Includes correspondence between Chairman M. Pequegnat and W.M. Nickle, Minister of the Dept. of Planning and Development, concerning the Commission's legal authority to lease cottage lots. At this meeting Ilmar Kao was appointed as Manager and Assistant Secretary as of Oct. 15, 1958. Includes ms. notes.
