Various dignitaries, including the mayor of Cambridge, welcomed the Queen an Prince. Includes scenes of the Queen signing a guest book and talking with the crowd gathered to see her. Also included are shots of the Queen greeting Louise Howell, who turned 100 years old on the day of the Queen's visit.
