Y.W.C.A. Camp Report to Board of Directors, Sept. 15, 1952.

[5] p. ms. Y.W.C.A. camp report presented by Margaret Schreiter to Board of Directors. In this report Margaret Schreiter describes her own personal observations and impressions as "Camp Mother" at the Y.W.C.A.'s Camp Tinawatawa on Paradise Lake. She praises the camp staff for their good work during the duration of the camp. She also refers to the the camp program and all the activities embraced by it including "Carnival Night", "Dress Up Night", the "Family Picnic", drama productions, singing, and the Christian teachings which were "woven into each day".

Although a few recipes are included most of the volume consists of clippings about people and events in Bowmanville and Brantford, as well as obituaries and news events from around the world. The last fourteen leaves contain a diary of a trip taken July 22 to Aug. 3, 1930 through Quebec to the East Coast.

One wanderbuch (journeybook) recording Jacob Hailer's journeyman as a wheelwright. A wanderbuch served as both a passport and a resume and has pages for local authorities to give approval to work and for employers to make statements about the worker's qualifications. Hailer worked in various cities across Germany including Durlach, Muhlburg, and Kehl.
