One studio portrait of Annie Nash Fry (wife of Samuel Fry) seen looking at camera. Annie is shown late in life wearing a bonnet which ties at her neck, and glasses. Also includes one print of the identical portrait with a poem. Item may be a funeral card. Identification from verso with birth date as 1819 and death as 1903. Identification is uncertain however, as a print with a poem about the woman identifies the woman as Nancy Fry (possibly familiar form of Anna).

Poem reads:

We meet, in thankfulness to-day,
For blessings showered on our way.
May all our hearts with love abound
As once again we gather round
The heartstone of Aunt Nancy.

Nine dry glass plate negatives showing various images. Five of the plates show images of Arthur Schantz, Eli Brubacher and Herbert Schantz, Franklin Abram Schantz and Edgar Clemens that are recognizable from positives elsewhere in the fonds. They are possibly from when Arthur was working for Schneuker photography studio. The remaining images are of unidentified portraits. Images were originally housed in a box of "Stanley" brand dry plate negatives.

One loose album page that has been removed from an unidentified photograph album. Recto is missing both photographs, but has labels that read "Elk Lodge Alberta- Arthur-Florence" and "Elsie Snyder-Ralph Snyder". Verso shows two photographs. The first is an oval photograph of the Nash sisters (daughters of Abraham Nash and Agnes Housser or Frances Wismer). Left to right: Mary Nash Hoover, Susanna Nash Wismer (Susie), Sarah Elizabeth Nash Laschinger (Lizzie), Frances Deborah Nash Carter (Debbie) and Priscilla Nash. The second image is titled "The Jolly Sleigh Ride, Aug. 28. 1902, Jordan, Ont." showing Samuel Fry Jr., Sarah Grobb Fry, Anna Rosetta Fry, Annie Nash Fry and others in a sleigh hitched to a horse. There is a missing image on the verso with the title "Sophie."

The mount is dated September 30, 1899 and includes two lines from the poem, Seven Times One by Jean Ingelow: “I've said my seven times over and over; Seven times one are seven.”

The second page of the section features a radio photologue by Orpheus Moyer Schantz about the proposed establishment of the Great Smokey Mountains National Park, with which Orpheus was involved. A photographic portrait of Orpheus is also present.

Five hand lettered visiting cards of Jennie Moyer, Edmund Warren Moyer, Austin Schantz, and Orpheus Moyer Schantz and F.J. Ottmax. The cards of Edmund and Jennie list them as living at 3823 Langley Ave., Chicago. The card of Orpheus and F.J. Ottmax is inscribed "A Happy New Year 1889."

Five identical decal prints from the Wild Flower Preservation Society: Illinois Chapter. The decals say "Enjoy-Do Not Destroy" around the edge and the middle shows a drawing of pink blossoms. The Wild Flower Preservation Society was a branch of the Illinois Audubon Society of which Orpheus Schantz was a board member.
