Sewage sludge.

File consists of material relating to the MLA's response to an application by a farmer to the Ontario Ministry of the Environment to spread sewage sludge as a soil conditioner on a portion of his land near Three Mile Lake. The application was opposed by the Three Mile Lake Cottagers' Assocation and the MLA and was brought before the Environmental Assessment Board.

Includes correspondence and memoranda, newspaper clippings, photocopies of resolutions and by-laws of the Township of Muskoka Lakes, handwritten notes, a photocopy of a map, and a photocopy of the board's recommendations.
