File consists of correspondence of Michael Vaughan relating to planning and development in Muskoka and in particular the work of the Committee on Land Use, Taxation and Highways in response to the proposed development of a resort at Roseneath. Includes incoming and outgoing correspondence and memoranda, including photocopies and carbon copies, and handwritten notes. Most of the correspondence is among various lawyers involved in Ontario Municipal Board hearing regarding this case.
