Includes incoming and outgoing correspondence and memoranda, copies of news releases (some edited), 15 photographs of the plant (including several aerial shots) and the opening ceremonies, and a brochure about the plant. File also includes a typed copy of the remarks presented by Hon. Stanley J. Randall (Ontario Minister of Economics and Development), and a typed copy of the remarks presented by Hon. C.M. Drury (Minister of Industry).
