Roberts (from 1942), as well as to William Philip (chairman), Col. B. Ripley (engineer with Canadian Pacific Railway), and others. Letters are carbon copies sent to Marcel Pequegnat and relate to the construction of the Shand Dam and of the associated railway diversion.
