Bill C-11 Immigration and and Refugee Protection Act was a government bill introduced in the House of Commons on February 21, 2001. Andrew Telegdi voted against Bill C-11 during the Third Reading on June 13, 2001. Telegdi believed Bill C-11 contained regulations that gave bureaucrats too much discretionary power in determining the admissibility for immigration to Canada.
