File consists of material relating to development at the Lake Rosseau Beach Resort. Includes mainly faxed copies of correspondence among members of the legal council for the various stakeholders.

Also present are handwritten notes; draft letters and agreements; notices of public meetings, by-law amendments, and Ontario Municipal Board hearings; photocopied newspaper clippings and portions of maps and sketches; memoranda; reports from the Township of Muskoka Lakes Director of Planning; a portion of minutes for a meeting of the Township Planning Committee, etc. Most material was received via fax.
