File consists of records relating to the construction of the Berlin water works system by Moffett, Hodgkins & Clarke (Watertown, NY); the contract between the Berlin Water Works Company and the Corporation of the Town of Berlin for the construction, maintenance and operation of the system; approval of the system by the Provincial Board of Health; and bylaws of the Town of Berlin relating to the construction.

File consists of progress photographs of the construction of the Conestogo Dam and associated roads and bridges in the form of montly reports from H.G. Photographs are mounted on paper with typed captions, and pages are stapled together to form the montly reports. Includes correspondence between Chairman M. Pequegnat and W.M. Nickle, Minister of the Dept. of Planning and Development, concerning the Commission's legal authority to lease cottage lots. At this meeting Ilmar Kao was appointed as Manager and Assistant Secretary as of Oct. 15, 1958. Includes ms. notes.
