Salvator noster hodie natus est: gaudeamus.

File consists of three small card folded horizontally featuring a woodcut illustrion of a fish and a religious verse. Lettering reads "Salvator noster hodie natus est: gaudeamus. Neque enim fas est locum esse tristitiae, ubi natalis est vitae. Nemo ab hujus alacritatis participatione secernitur: una cunctis laetitiae communis est ratio. Ersultet (sic) sanctus, quia appropinquat ad palmam; gaudeat paccator, quia invitatur ad beniam."

Translation: This day our Saviour was born: let us rejoice. For it is impossible to be sad to, where is the birthday of life. No one from participating in our category, all a joy to both systems. Rejoice, O thou holy, because it approaches nearer to the palm;'s joy is a sinner, for he is invited to pardon.
