One is a mourning ribbon for Queen Victoria and one is a ribbon of support for Canadian troops in the Second Boer War. The Boer War ribbon has been stamped "J.I. Frank Anthes Nov. 5 1900."

Also present are documents relating to other land in Berlin as well as land in the Township of Wilmot, the Town of Moberly, and the District of Parry Sound. Series includes mortgages, deeds and certificates of ownership, abstracts from the Registry Office (Berlin), invoices, etc.

File consists of material relating to the purchase of the property and construction of the house at 610 Belmont Avenue in Montreal (City of Westmount), as well as the related mortgage and insurance. Includes correspondence, specifications for the house, receipts, manuscript notes, a deed of mortgage (copy), an agreement regarding a loan and repayment (copy), and by-law no. 229 regarding construction in the City of Westmount (copy).

File consists of one poster for an evening recital by Mr. Fred J. Gilbert at the Concordia Hall, Tuesday May 17, 1904 at 8:15 pm. A newspaper clipping taped to the back of the poster talks about Berlin Choral Society concert of 1906.
