This documents consists of two separate dated statements: "Kilbride, 14 June, 1814. William Jordan and Catherine Bell both in this parish have, on the three preceding Sabbaths, been regularly proclaimed in this church and no objections offered. Thomas Bryce, Sess. Clks [here the handwriting changes] This 15 of June 1814. The above parties were joined in marriage at Glasgow by J.M. Lockhart Minr.
