A brochure from the Mountain View Hotel and Motor Lodge in Gatlingburg, Tennessee. The Motor Lodge was a stop on the Schantz tours trip to the Great Smoky Mountains and the original owner Andrew Huff helped to spearhead the movement to have the area made into a national park.

Two Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Calendars, both colour, for 1898 and 1900. The 1898 calendar is illustrated with the heads of four children singing while the 1900 calendar features four children, one in a chef's hat and apron, having tea.

Memorandum Book: Cochran & Co., New York.

One small leather-bound booklet with inscription "From J.N. Moyer to his Nephew Orpheus Moyer Schantz, Campden, Lincoln Co., Ont., 5th April, 1869. This booklet is the "annual circular" of the Cochran Co. and alternates blank pages with a catalogue of dry goods carried. Orpheus Schantz began to use this as a drawing book in 1878, and it contains drawings in pencil of animals both domestic and foreign, each signed and dated.
