Weekly cards: The weekly cards are titled "Observations of Water Height " and are present for the following: Luther Dam; Conestogo River at Conestogo; Grand River at Waldemar; Nith River at Canning; Grand River at Marrsville. This latter section includes two booklets of Gauge height observations during open water season.. Daily cards entitled "Daily Report" are present for the following: Galt Gauge Station; Brantford Gauge Station.

Consists of ts. report prepared by H.G. Acres & Company, Limited, Niagara Falls, Ont. for the Grand River Conservation Commission regarding design and testing of a model sluiceway for the Conestogo Dam, near Glen Allan, Ont. undertaken in 1953. Includes blueline drawings of the general arrangement of spillway, dam model, and stilling basin, prepared by H.G. Acres and Company in November, 1953, and photographs of the sluiceway model. Correspondence between the Grand River Conservation Commission and the Ontario Department of Planning and Development is inserted.
