File consists of one typescript of a petition of Abraham Rapelje regarding a land grant. Rapelje commanded a company of the second regiment of the Norfolk Militia in 1812-1813 and was later Lieutenant Colonel commanding the First Regiment of same. Originally dated April 16, 1800.
