It includes a wax seal with the gold and black ribbons of the Institute.

A printed booklet of the Kitchener and Waterloo Collegiate Institute commencement programme, December 21, 1920. It includes a list of diploma recipients for various courses of study; among the recipients are Dorothy Etta Russell (nee White) whose name appears under the Normal Entrance Diploma.
