Ayr and Montrose Dams : annual meeting, 1962.

File consists of material relating to the Ayr and Montrose Dam project. Includes reports presented at the annual meeting and a letter from I. Kao to G.E. Fisher dated May 4, 1962 re preliminary cost estimates and construction schedule for the project. Chairman's report dated Feb. 16, 1962 refers to "sudden passing of Mr. Roberts, office moved from Brantford to Fergus, re-organization now complete.

File consists of Brownline Daily Journal for 1962 belonging to H.A. Cameron, working from the Shand Dam station. Daily entries are used to record some climactic information such as snowfall and ice. The diary is primarily used to record details of work done by the writer and others, in the office, on the property and elsewhere : construction, repairs, inspections, incidents, etc. Not all days have entries; information recorded varies.
