File consists of "M" correspondence to and from E.F. Roberts, relating to insurance, license for game birds, and general information inquiry. Includes a letter and sketch map by L.C. Meinzinger forwarded to E.F. Roberts by W. Philip, concerning the forthcoming visit of W.L. Mackenzie King, deploring the state of the Grand River at Mr. King's childhood home at Woodside, and suggesting that King and L.O. Breithaupt tour the area.
This letter is accompanied by a hand drawn plan of a proposed park on the river behind Woodside that would incorporate deep channels for fish. Mr. Philips cover letter to E.F. Roberts reads: "Dear Roberts, Enclosed in a letter from L.C. Meinzinger. Please bring before a commission meeting. It would please him to get his name in the paper and would give us another strong supporter. It would be well to be in Kitchener when Mackenzie King visits his home town."
