The first entry is in 1798 showing Richard Beasley, James Wilson, and John Baptiste Rosseau as the grantor and David William Smith, William Claus, and Alexander Stewart as the grantee; the last entry is in 1873 showing Catherine Hachborn [et mar?] as the grantor and William Walrond as the grantee.

Other names appearing on the abstract are: Joseph Brant, Dan Erb and Jacob Erb, and Benjamin Eby.
