Report : Mackintosh and Morris : allotment to municipalities, Feb. 23, 1939 [i.e. April 18, 1934].

Contains ts. report (3 p.), relating to work done by James. L. Morris, Engineer for the Dept. of Lands and Forests, and James Mackintosh of the Ontario Hydro-Electric Engineering staff to allot proportions of costs for improvements on the Grand River. This is dated April 18, 1934. The date Feb. 23, 1939 does not appear in the contents of the file.
