File consists of 33 photographs of employees (both men and women) at work on production lines and operating machinery. Many photographs depict production during World War II. File also includes 2 photographs of senior personnel in a meeting room, including one with Arthur B. Pollock. Some photographs include identification on verso.

File consists of material relating to the design and advertisement of Electrohome air conditioners (humidifiers). Includes dealer advertisements, a memorandum, and hand-drawn sketches of air conditioner units. File also includes a photograph of an in-store display of fan heaters.

Scrapbook 2.

File consists of a scrapbook of press clippings, photographs, and ephemera relating to Carl A. Pollock, his activities as Electrohome president and chairman of the board of directors, his involvement in the community, and his death. Scrapbook also contains some material relating to Pollock's wife Helen (including a portrait photograph by Charles Belair) and his son-in-law Donald Steele. Material in scrapbook covers mainly the 1960s and 1970s. Scrapbook also contains some loose material.

File consists of material relating to the shipping and advertising of Electrohome products. Includes advertising budgets and statements, dealer advertisements, product literature (including an instruction booklet about the Horton portable ironer), charts and lists of Canadian shipping rates and schedules, a printing proof depicting an outdoor Electrohome sign, and other material. Some of the material was probably kept in a three-ring binder as a manual, possibly for an advertising manager.

File consists of material relating to technical specifications and sales information for fans and their motors, and pricing for merchandise (including furniture and home entertainment products) manufactured for other stores. Includes product literature for fans; typed lists of prices, discounts, distributors, and agencies; memoranda and correspondence; four photographs of fans; and two blueprints of graphs relating to motor operations. Material is divided into the following tabs: Electrohome motor, Eaton's, Simpson's, Hudson's Bay, and Macleod's Limited (latter three tabs are empty).

Pollock and his activities as Electrohome president and chairman of the board of directors and his involvement in the community. Scrapbook also contains material relating to Pollock's wife Helen (including a 1926 snapshot of the two of them), their 1929 wedding, and Pollock's studies at Oxford University. Material in scrapbook covers mainly the period from 1925 to 1963. Scrapbook also contains some loose material.

File consists of material relating to John Koegler's research into the history of Electrohome. Includes ms. notes, portions of an ms. draft of a history of radio within the company, press clippings, advertisements for Grimes inverse duplex radio receivers (1925-1927), photographs of early radio production, correspondence, ephemera, and other material. File also includes a photostat copy of the announcement of the wedding of Arthur B. Pollock and Racie L. Boehmer from a 1902 newspaper.

One photograph of staff at the Berlin foundry (later the Gies foundry). An accompanying note indicates that Alex Welker is present in the photograph and that it was at this foundry that he initially begAn working on his designs for his phonograph.

Includes two mounted photographs taken on the streets of Berlin (Kitchener), including a shot of the Berlin market, town hall, and post office, a photograph of Alex Welker in his LeRoy car, a group portrait of students at Lady Belle [school?], a photograph of the interior of one of Electrohome's plants, and other photographs. File also includes a Christmas card from Elizabeth Pollock to John Koegler, and a page removed from a printed souvenir album containing a picture of C.E. Hoffman's button and suspender factory on Queen Street in Kitchener.

Page is annotated: "Pollock Mfg. Co. - 1908-1909 / upper floor - now SW corner Queen & Charles". File probably belonged to John Koegler.
