Brown. The second, titled "Active Service News Notes" reports on the promotions of Lieut. Eric H. Bul to Captain; Lieut. Robt. A. Klaehn to Captain; and Lieut Harold W. Hagey to Captain. It also notes that Major Max Zink has qualified as a Lieut. and that Allister Totzke was promoted to Corporal in England.
