McLeod, H.G. Chemistry.

Envelope likely contains images of Dr. Henry (Harry) McLeod. Dr. McLeod was a faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Waterloo. Dr. McLeod also served as the Chair of the Department of Chemistry and was one of the founders of the Faculty of Science and Chemistry co-operative education programs.

Fisher, E.J. Optometry.

Envelope likely contains images of Dr. Edward (Ted) Joseph Fisher. Dr. Edward (Ted) Joseph Fisher (1913-2003) was the second Dean at the former College of Optometry of Ontario between 1948 to 1967. He played a central role in the events which led to the integration of the former College of Optometry of Ontario with the University of Waterloo, where it now continues as the School of Optometry, within the University of Waterloo Faculty of Science. He was appointed Director of the School of Optometry on July 1, 1967, and served in that role until 1975. Dr. Fisher retired in 1982.
