One binder containing photographs, maps and illustrations removed from publications, and pages of historical text (ts. carbon). Sections are as follows:

  1. Photographs of the City of Galt, 1929-1947, especially concerned with spring flooding (16);
  2. Photographs of roads and farms, townships of Maryborough and Peel, Conestogo Dam (65);
  3. Photographs of roads, township of West Garafraxa, Belwood Reservoir (Shand Dam) (26);
  4. Pictures taken from Map of Township of Nicol. (1 leaf of text, 3 pages illustrations removed from an unidentified publication);
  5. Partial history of the Grand River Watershed, p. 7, 8, 9, 10, 12.

Luther Marsh slides : tray number 1.

Consists of slides of flora, fauna, farming and recreational activities at Luther Marsh and its surroundings, which were apparently employed in a slide show. Identifications are provided on an ms. list on the interior lid of the slide tray; but many of those listed are not present; those present are not in any order. Includes slides of the Shand Dam, bird banding, blue herons and their nesting grounds and crop harvesting.

According to the original GRCA listing, the slides were taken by Bill Miller.
